​Welcome to God's Foreign College Foundation, a Charitable and Educational 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to serving others through faith, education, and compassion. Founded by the inspiration of God and led by our CEO, Deborah Overton, our mission is rooted in the transformative power of God's comfort and love.

Provide supplemental education, health, scholarship, cultural, social and recreational programs that empower students, children and seniors, to achieve personal success, helping to build a stronger sustainable community.
Our Inspiration
Deborah Overton founded this organization through divine guidance, answering a call to bring hope and healing to others. With a heart full of faith and a steadfast commitment to serving God, she has dedicated her life to helping others find comfort, strength, and purpose.

My husband and I went on a cruise to the Bahamas, where he witnessed to our waiter, Glenford, from Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Glenford shared that he’d been praying for help for Kingstown, as many children there, despite qualifying for top high schools, couldn’t afford essentials like uniforms, supplies, lunch, and transportation.

He explained that St. Vincent lacks universities, so students must leave the country for higher education. Glenford invited us to visit, and in March 2017, we met his family in St. Vincent.

After returning home, God revealed my purpose: to start a Foreign College Foundation, helping students achieve their leadership dreams through education.
